Rand's life experience, and his work as a substance abuse counselor, masters level therapist, and executive health, well-being and leadership coach have taught him that anything is possible once a person cultivates the ability to turn life's challenges into opportunities for growth.
Rand holds a Masters Degree in Family Systems Psychology. He is completing a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine with a specialization in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching at Saybrook University.

Rand has the clinical therapeutic education, experience, and skills to coach people who are ready to overcome obstacles such as burnout, work/life imbalance, anxiety/stress management deficits, and substance abuse.
